1STRNG LLC is a community-driven wellness movement dedicated to empowering athletes to prioritize their health, discover their strengths, and build confidence through sustainable habits. We focus on fostering a supportive environment where individuals cheer each other on, celebrate progress, and embrace wellness as a lifelong journey. At 1STRNG, success isn’t defined by physical changes but by personal growth, resilience, and the ability to show up for oneself consistently. Together, we inspire each other to lead authentic, energized lives and leave our spaces better than we found them.

The name 1STRNG was born from a saying the founder, Coach Casey, would also say to herself whenever trying something new or hard. She would hype herself up by saying, "You are one strong... runner, lifter, bodybuilder, cheerleader, person, etc." So, she wanted to share that message of self-belief with others. 

Our motto at 1STRNG is: Strength Starts Within.
